Themed Wedding!

Welcoming all Hobbits, Elves, Trolls, Dwarves, Wizards, and Goblins to gather together to celebrate the long expected wedding of Monica and Sam.

Young halflings are welcome too!

While dressing up is not mandatory, it's warmly encouraged. For those opting for a different style, cottage core attire or dressy casual are welcome alternatives. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans or denim materials.

MEN

It can be as simple as khakis and a white button up. Flannels are welcome too.

WOMEN

Women can wear pants and blouse. Any kind of sundress along with sweaters and skirts.

SHOES

Wear what makes you feel comfortable! Even hairy feet!

If you are flying in past midnight make sure to pack food if you can! Many places close at midnight and you might have a hard time finding food.

The venue is located in Pickens County. There are no hotels right near the venue, but there are many Airbnbs for groups of people or families that want to book a place together. There are also some nice campgrounds near the venue.

Hotel

If you want to do a hotel stay for the weekend we have a section of rooms blocked off for our guests! You can book your stay at Hampton Inn Easley. If you prefer to call to book use the group code DSW. If they are all booked contact Monica or Sam to get more rooms available.

We will have transportation set up for guests staying at this location. A bus will bring you to the venue and back!

Airbnbs

There are many beautiful Airbnbs with lake views, or mountain views. All within 10/15 minute drive from the venue. Lake Keowee would be the closest and Lake Jocasee not much furthur. If you look for places within the circled area on the map you will be very close. Read everything before booking, along with double checking the dates and ask the host for questions if needed!

RV Campgrounds

There are 2 very beatiful campgrounds you can stay at if you would like to camp for the weekend. These places have beatiful hiking trails and lovely waterfalls to view!

and RV Park

Table Rock State Park

If you stay at Table Rock call to make the reservation to make sure the correct park is booked. No sewage hook ups only a dumpstation at Table Rock.

Little More About The Area

The venue is located in a rural area. Anywhere you stay here necessities like resturants, bars and uber services are going to be limited. With wifi probably not being the best. If you need to be around many things for comfort staying in Easley or Pickens is where to go. Doing the hotel might be what you want to make it easy. You will have everything you need. If you want to vacation in the peace and quite than deffinetly check out the Airbnbs. If your doing an airbnb you will need your own source of transportation if you are driving or renting a car.
